Antisemitic flyers left on cars at Marlton restaurant

Marlton, NJ - Police are trying to find a man who left anti-semitic fliers on three vehicles parked outside a restaurant in Evesham on Thursday.

Cops described the man as “older” and said he has a medium build with a paunch, was wearing a teal jumpsuit and has a “comb-over" hair style.
Two of the printouts placed on cars outside Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar on Route 73 in the Marlton section of town contained anti-Jewish language while the other was filled with anti-Israel statements, police said Friday.
The fliers were discovered at about 10:30 p.m.
The description of the man comes from witnesses who saw the man in the lot, as their are no surveillance cameras there, Evesham police Lt. Joseph Friel said.
“I want to ensure the residents of Evesham and the Jewish community that we will not tolerate this type of bias intimidation in our community,” Police Chief Christopher Chew said.

Mayor Jaclyn Veasy also condemned the literature. “Evesham Township has absolutely zero tolerance for such flagrant anti-Semitism, or any other form of evil and bigotry in our town," she said. “I call on all of Evesham’s residents and businesses to come together at this time and join me in condemning such shameless displays of hatred.”
