Manhattan, NY - An antisemitic message was discovered on a building that houses the New York Professional Nurses Union on the Upper East Side, the second hateful note discovered in the neighborhood in the past two weeks.

The note scrawled in front of the Upper East Side building was similar to the one found taped on the storefront office window of Assemblywoman Rebecca Seawright nearby on York Avenue, a union rep said Wednesday.

The lurid messages, made sexual references and alluded to Jewish stereotypes.
