Wildervanksterdallen viaduct defaced with swastikas and antisemitic texts

Wildervanksterdallen (Groningen) - A viaduct on the Dalweg in Wildervanksterdallen (Groningen) has been covered with swastikas and antisemitic texts this weekend.

Among other things, The expressions 'abreid macht frei' (Sic.) (work sets you free) And 'prohibited for Jews' was spray pained. In addition, a Nazi flag and a Star of David with a red cross were drawn on the wall with paint. Several road signs with similar texts were also defaced.

Passers-by discovered the texts Monday morning and reported this. The municipality of Veendam has had the graffiti removed.
