Federal office for the protection of the constitution publishes "Situation report on antisemitism" in Germanyv
The Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (BfV) has created a comprehensive picture of the situation on antisemitism. It gives an overview of how antisemitism is currently represented in its constitutional protection-relevant forms in the Federal Republic of Germany.
Hostility towards Jews is widespread in all extremist phenomena: among right-wing extremists, among “Reich citizens and self-administrators”, in Islamism and foreign extremism as well as in left-wing extremism.
Antisemitic ideas are virulent in the individual extremism areas to different extents and in different forms. Overall, anti-Zionist antisemitism is currently the most important form of hostility towards Jews.
The Internet, in particular, is an essential factor in the spread of antisemitic agitation.
