The founder of the site “They are everywhere” Samuel Goujon was indicted on Saturday August 21 and placed under judicial control after police custody, Franceinfo learned from the Paris prosecutor’s office on Sunday August 22, confirming information from the newspaper Le Parisien.

Samuel Goujon, 36, listed on his website, on condition of anonymity, allegedly Jewish personalities from the political, media and cultural world.

He was indicted for “public insult on the grounds of origin, belonging to an ethnic group, race or religion”, for “public provocation to discrimination, hatred, violence against a person or a group of people because of their origin, their belonging to an ethnic group, a race or a religion”, for “public provocation to commit willful attacks on life” and for “failure to make information identifying the publisher of a public online communication service available to the public.”

The Paris prosecutor’s office opened an investigation on August 10, after a report to the justice of the Minister of the Interior Gérald Darmanin, who had called for “close quickly” this website. “This antisemitic site is deeply scandalous and nauseating. I report these facts, which may be qualified as criminal, to the prosecutor so that proceedings can be taken against its perpetrators and have it closed as quickly as possible”, the minister tweeted on Tuesday, August 10.
