In Hamburg, Aram A. a 16-year-old hater of Jews allegedly attacked and seriously injured a man during a vigil. Now comes out: The alleged perpetrator was active as an actor - and played in a film about Auschwitz.
On Tuesday, investigators from the Hamburg State Criminal Police Office in Berlin caught a 16-year-old who allegedly attacked the 60-year-old visitor to a vigil against anti-Semitism in Hamburg on September 18. A day later it comes out that the alleged perpetrator is said to have acted as an actor in a film about Auschwitz.
The film "Evolution", which premiered at the Cannes International Film Festival in July, is about a family of Holocaust survivors. The "Bild" reports that the alleged perpetrator from Hamburg played a boy from Berlin in the film.
In the film, the character bullies the grandson of a woman who was in Auschwitz as a girl. The 16-year-old is under contract with an acting agency, reported the "picture". Someone from a Berlin youth center recommended him.
