Germany - Jewish tenant threatened several times in Berlin

Neukölln, Berlin - A tenant of Israeli origin has been threatened several times in the vicinity of her apartment in Berlin-Neukölln. According to the police , they alerted the emergency services to their apartment in Gielower Strasse in the Britz district on the evening of November 9th.

There, the 28-year-old announced that she had noticed a swastika sprayed with paint on the wall of the house right next to her garden at around 6:10 p.m.
In this context, the resident brought another criminal offense to report. Her brother visited her at the beginning of October and they both sat in the garden and talked in Hebrew. An unknown person then sprayed an irritant through the hedge. This led to irritation of the airways in the siblings. The woman has Israeli citizenship and is Jewish.

The State Police Department of the State Criminal Police Office has taken over the investigation into both cases and is examining a connection.
